- Turn the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
- Add onion and cook until soft. Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato paste and cook for one minute.
- Add beef broth, diced tomatoes, beans, and spices. Stir well.
- Close the lid and cook on High Pressure for 15 minutes.
- Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
- Stir the chili and serve with toppings.
