- Turn the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil.
- Add sliced beef and cook for 6-8 minutes.
- Add beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and chili garlic sauce.
- Close the lid and pressure cook on high for 12 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure and open the lid.
- Add broccoli florets and stir.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir it into the pot.
- Cook on sauté mode until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in sesame oil and serve hot.
