Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 4 6 oz each salmon fillets
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional
  • 2 green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, olive oil, and honey until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the sheet pan with space between each piece.
  4. Add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers around the salmon in a single layer.
  5. Season everything with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour teriyaki sauce over the salmon and drizzle some over the vegetables.
  7. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until salmon flakes easily and vegetables are tender.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overcook the salmon to keep it moist
  • Cut vegetables evenly for best texture
  • Broil briefly at the end for extra glaze
