Method
- Sear beef in Instant Pot on sauté mode. Set aside.
- Sauté onions and bell peppers, add garlic.
- Add broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Return beef. Pressure cook 15 minutes on high. Natural release 5 minutes.
- Stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce.
- Serve hot with rice, potatoes, or noodles.
Notes
You can set aside the sauteed onions and bell peppers and add them before adding the cornstarch slurry for more crunchy bites.
