Place chicken, onion, garlic, bell pepper, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and spices into the Instant Pot. Give it a small stir to mix everything.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook for 12 minutes. Walk away, do a little dance, or check on the kids while it cooks.
