Method
- Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat oil.
- Add beef and brown on both sides, 5 minutes each
- Pour in broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add spices and mix well.
- Close lid and cook on high pressure for 35 mins.
- Let pressure release naturally for 10 mins.
- Release remaining pressure carefully.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a bowl.
- Turn on sauté mode and add slurry.
- Cook until gravy thickens and becomes smooth.

- Browning adds extra flavor
- Add vegetables if desired
- Adjust thickness of gravy as needed
