Method
- Cut beef into chunks and season with salt and pepper
- Turn on sauté mode and heat oil
- Sear beef on all sides until browned
- Add garlic, spices, tomato paste, chipotle, lime juice, and broth
- Close lid and cook on high pressure for 50 to 60 minutes
- Let pressure release naturally
- Shred beef using forks
- Mix shredded beef with sauce and serve warm
Notes
- Adjust spice level by changing chipotle amount
- Best served fresh but also great for leftovers
- Can be used for tacos, bowls, or wraps
