Cut the chicken into small, even cubes and pat dry.

Warm the rice and prepare toppings by draining beans, cutting tomatoes, and chopping cilantro.
Add rice to bowls, top with chicken, then add corn, beans, and tomatoes.
Sprinkle cilantro on top and serve warm.
