Method
- Rinse corned beef under cold water and pat dry
- Place brisket in Instant Pot
- Add water or broth, onion, garlic, bay leaves, and spices
- Close lid and cook on high pressure for 90 minutes
- Let pressure release naturally for 15 to 20 minutes
- Remove meat and set aside to rest
- Add carrots and potatoes into the pot
- Place cabbage on top
- Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes
- Quick release pressure
- Slice corned beef against the grain
- Serve with vegetables and broth

- Rinse meat to reduce saltiness

- Cut vegetables large so they stay firm
- Always slice against the grain
