Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rice cooked
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • Juice of 1 lime

Method
 

  1. Cook rice and set aside
  2. Season chicken with spices
  3. Cook chicken in oil until done
  4. Cook peppers and onion
  5. Add corn and beans
  6. Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, and vegetables
  7. Add lime juice and serve
